Terms of Service

Obsidian is a private, invitation-only platform. By accessing it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Access is granted at the discretion of your workspace administrator and may be revoked at any time.

You may use Obsidian only for its intended purpose — managing your own professional and personal relationships within your authorized workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful handling of the information you enter, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to access data outside your workspace, no reverse-engineering, no automated scraping, and no use that violates applicable law or the rights of the people whose information you store.

If you connect a third-party account such as Google Calendar, you authorize Obsidian to access that data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time.

You retain ownership of the data you enter. We provide the service on an “as is” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obsidian and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
